I got started with photography when my parents bought me my first point and shoot camera. I was the photo friend, taking photos at all our hangouts and staying up late to edit the images on Picnik (the real ones know). In (2013) high school, my grandmother gave me a hand-me-down DSLR camera which I used to second shoot weddings with a hometown photographer. After High School, I went to Grand View University and studied Graphic Design, Interactive Media and Marketing while continuing my photography passions. After graduating college (2018), I moved back home and got a job in real estate marketing - still pursuing photography. Then in 2020, I had the opportunity to make the jump to full time photo and video and I have been loving it ever since!

I get so much joy out of meeting so many incredible people and helping them create the memories of their dreams with photos and videos they’ll look back on forever. It’s important to me that you both feel at home, beautiful, and comfortable in front of the camera and that you should have a blast the whole time we’re together.

I'm rooted in South-Central Iowa on 15 acres of rolling midwest timber with my husband, our son and two beagle-mutts. When I'm not out shooting, my favorite days are spent relaxing on the lake or pond with my family or cozied up at home playing board games with friends.

I want the a chance to break free from tradition and create something truly unique and unforgettable. As a wedding and lifestyle photographer and videographer, I've had the honor of capturing so many special and intimate moments in people's lives. My favorite shots are those that happen naturally, candidly, spontaneously, and authentically - paying attention to the small details and the little moments that may often go unseen or unnoticed and finding the beauty in everyday moments are the shots I treasure.
