I get very shutter button happy and snap a ton of photos because most of my images involve movement, so on average, I take about 500 images per hour! After your session, I go through all the images and pick out all the photos that are in focus, in the frame, and follow the basic qualities that make for a good-lookin' photo. I don't like to be the one in charge of saying you look better in this photo vs that photo, so I try to deliver as many photos as I can! On average, I end up delivering about 40% of the images I take.

All of my cameras have dual slots for memory cards, meaning that all the images and videos taken on the camera are written to 2 memory cards within my camera; so if one goes bad in the camera, the other has all the files. After your session or event, I back up all the files to 2 separate external hard drives and to cloud storage. As a third safety precaution, I don't clear or use the memory cards from your day until all your images and videos are edited and delivered to you!

Generally I say that session galleries will be delivered within 4 weeks, wedding galleries within 6 weeks, and wedding videos within 10 weeks from your shoot date! 

I love to travel! I've traveled across the country and even outside the country to document and celebrate life with my clients! I am located in central Iowa and will travel free within a 50 mile radius of my home. Sessions and events outside that 50 mile radius do incur a travel fee and outside 200 miles may incur further travel accommodations, such as hotel.

Of course! Payments can be split however works best for you. After your initial deposit, payments can be split into 4 equal payments or monthly payments!

Fantastic! Once you shoot me an email saying you're ready to book, I will get a contract written up and emailed over to you. From there, you'll be able to electronically sign your contract as well as pay your deposit online and just like that, you're booked! From there, we'll start planning your sessions and getting into all the fun details!
